So I'm about to go back on antidepressants. It's been about ten years since the last time. My memory was of having taken Prozac the whole time, but my chart at the doctor's office revealed that while I'd started there I'd moved on to Luvox and from there to Effexor. So this time I'm starting on Effexor, but the "xr" time release formulation this time.

I'm also starting talk therapy with a local shrink.

I wanted to augment my obviously faulty memory so I can tell what effect the drugs and chatter have on my mood. So I went googling for depression checklists.
