I finally got my prescription from our mail-order pharmacy yesterday and took my first dose of Effexor. They're big capsules which might be a problem for my screwed up swallowing system, but we'll see.

 

That's down seven points from last week. I suspect the hemorrhoid pain had something to do with last week's elevated reading and the temporary relief from Friday (mitigated by the stupid sprained ankle!) may have pushed this week lower than it would be otherwise. Had an excuse to sit on my butt all weekend and read books and Shadow Unit boards and blog feeds which certainly improves my mood as well.

Back to work tomorrow.

Yay, cotton mouth and mild nausea! Could be worse. Should get better.
