This week's woe is that our CRF kitty is having a hard time. A trip to the vet on Friday for a blood test has put her off her feed so we're worried and trying lots of stuff to get her to eat.

On the good side, the visit with the orthopedic surgeon on Friday had the best possible outcome, namely that I just have to wear the boot for another four weeks. He predicted that at the three week mark (this coming Friday) the break should be basically set, and then it's a matter of letting it harden up properly. So yay for that.

Yields a number up a bit (more depressed) from last week's, but still better than baseline.

My shrink thought I should read up on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) after last time so I've got a stack of books on the way at the library about that.
