This new shrink is so refreshing after the last one. This one is laser-focused on task and keeps asking questions that unavoidably lead me to answer with what I already know but didn't remember that I knew. Then he distills all that into a metaphor that lets me see it all differently enough that it becomes clearer what I need to do to make it better.
