Progress?

Well it's been a week on Effexor. Plus a three-day weekend away from work.

Wow, that's down 8 points from last week, added to the 7 point decrease from the week before. It's going to be interesting to see where I'm at in another week when I don't have the insulation of a long weekend.

In other news, my ankle is still wonky. I can get around on it if I wrap it, but if it's getting better it's doing so very slowly.

I didn't get much done this weekend, but it felt good to not do much, so that's something.

Back to work in the morning.

Side effect update

Side effects have eased. Don't notice the dry mouth much and the nausea is gone. I think I'm having a mild form of "brain zaps". Whenever I yawn or sneeze I get a buzzing sensation ranging from the top of my head down, sometimes extending out to my fingertips. It's not painful or annoying really, just weird.
